Service Description

What is Heels Master Class? It's a 3-hour workshop dancing in heels. In this course we will learn heels foundation, dance textures, musicality and other areas to work on when dancing in heels such as hiphop, waaking, etc Stretches: -hamstrings -quads -hip flexors -lower and upperback -core -ankles Course: -bevel -walk -head rolls -hair whips -body rolls -sitting and turning -floor work -commercial heels (hiphop, waaking, dancehall, etc.) Lessons: -Dancer Psychology: tips on how to become a better dancer -musicality -homework NOTES: This is NOT a Beginners Class. You must have participated in my classes before or have at least a little experience in dancing. You have to wear PROPER heels. NO pumps, clogs, strap stilettos, chunky boots or stripper heels. This is NOT a choreo class.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up, but we require at least 48 hours to fill the newly vacant slot. To cancel a lesson without being charged for the lesson, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the class starts. If you must cancel within the 48-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full. Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy.
