What's the Workshop? In this class we will learn heels foundation, dance textures, musicality and other areas to work on when dancing in heels such as flooring. This class is perfect for both beginner and experienced dancers looking to refine and enhance their techniques. Whether you're just starting or wanting to polish your skills, revisiting the fundamentals of dance is VERY IMPORTANT; mastering basic techniques helps build a strong foundation, improves coordination, increases flexibility, and fosters greater body awareness, ultimately elevating your OVERALL PERFORMANCE and EXPRESSION on the dance floor. Why is it different from other workshops? This is not your average dance class- it’s a full on experience where you learn the techniques in sexy dancing, heels and floorwork while having fun! You will be engaged in group moments, partner drills creating a supportive space where you can shake off your nerves and have a good “YAAAAAAASSSS💅”moment with each other. LEVEL: Beginner-Experienced DRILLS: -bevel -shifting weights -walk -head rolls -hair whips -body rolls -sitting and turning -floor work -commercial heels (hiphop, waaking, dancehall, etc. NOTES: ✅Wearing PROPER heels will make a difference in your class experience/performance. ❌This is NOT a choreo class.
