Terms & Conditions
Lana Vibe Class continues to support all students to have fun and lean into their confidence. Students are also expected to support one another and maintain a positive environment. When participating in Lana Vibe Class, please be aware that you are consenting to the following terms of service:

You will be invited to a LINE group where we will share details of the class, answer questions, and network to further our dance community. Your participation in the LINE group is not required to attend class

We will ask you to share videos you’ve taken in class and, in doing so, you are consenting to your videos being used by other students and in our future promotional materials.

If you do not wish to for your image or likeliness to be used, please reach out to us over Instagram, email, website, or LINE for further assistance. We will do our best to ensure your image is not posted on our account. However, please be aware that by participating in our class, you may appear in the background of other students’ videos. Please use your discretion when participating.

We are committed to upholding our standards of class to be inclusive and supportive. We will not deny anyone the opportunity to learn in our studio, however, we withhold the right to judge a students intentions in taking the class and reserve the right to deny student booking. Behaviors that could result in denial of participation include, but are not limited to, the following:

Attendance with the intention of showing abusive or bullying behaviour towards students

Attendance with the intention of propositioning, harass, or sexually objectifying students

Attendance with the intention of selling to or soliciting to students

Attendance with the intention of stalking or pursuing one or more students

Should we decern that the above included, but are not limited to, behaviours are being demonstrated during class, we reserve the right to ask the student to vacate the premises and the student will not be entitled to compensation or reimbursement.

We will encourage all students to make friends and network and we will be collaborating with local artist alike. However, we do not support the act of plagiarism or undue solicitation for any 3rd party service which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Poaching students to grow a 3rd party clientele

Taking video with the intention of copying and redistribution for profit

Taking LVC content including but not limited to choreography, style, product names with the intention of copying to plagerize and redistributing for profit and/or clout

Using LVC content to impersonate our likeliness

Should we discern that the above included, but not limited to, actions are being committed in or outside of class, we withhold the right to block a student from any further participation in class. Should the student be already signed up for class, their attendance will be rejected without entitlement to refund.

We will always adhere with the individual studio policy. If the studio requires you to wear a mask, you may be asked to do so by staff. If you show signs of fever, you may be asked to abstain from class. In the event of a fever, or other COVID symptoms, please contact us for class credit.
Cancellation Policies
We understand things come up, but we require at least 48 hours to fill the newly vacant slot.
To cancel any of the dance classes (OG, Advanced, Dance hall, etc.) without being charged for the lesson, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the class starts.
If you must cancel within the 48-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full.
Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy.
